Welcome to Nuuralhudaa
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nuuralhudaa Android application, related websites, and services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Nuuralhudaa.
By downloading, opening, or using the app, and by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use registered features of the Service.
Service overview
Nuuralhudaa provides educational and media content through the Android app. The Service currently includes:
- Educational articles published daily.
- Podcast episodes released twice weekly.
- Registered-user interaction with content, including likes, favorites, comments, and shares.
- Support ticketing so registered users can contact us, including by text and optional voice message.
We may update, add, or remove features as we improve the app. Content schedules may occasionally vary because of operational needs.
User registration
You may use limited public features as a guest, or create an account to unlock interactions and support. We offer the following registration methods:
- Google Sign-In, using Google OAuth 2.0. Google authenticates your identity and shares limited profile information (such as name and email) with us so we can create or sign you into your Nuuralhudaa account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Email and password sign-up, using our built-in authentication system. You must provide a valid email address and choose a password that you keep confidential.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Agreement acceptance
Completing the sign-up process by any supported method, including Google Sign-In or email and password registration, constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service.
If you continue to use a registered account after we post an update to these Terms, that continued use also constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
Guest user terms
You may browse public content in the app without creating an account. Guest access is provided so you can read articles and listen to podcasts without registration.
- We do not collect personal account data from guest users. Guests are not asked for a name, email address, or password.
- We do not collect interaction data from guest users, because guests cannot like, favorite, comment on, or share content.
- Guests cannot submit support tickets (text or voice).
- Guest capabilities are limited to viewing and listening to publicly available content. Creating an account is required for interactions and support.
Any automatically received technical information that may arise from opening the app is described in our Privacy Policy.
User responsibilities
When you use the Service you agree that you will:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Nuuralhudaa, other users, or third parties.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account.
- Post comments and other interactions that are respectful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and free of harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal material.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, our servers, or other users’ accounts.
- Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
- Use microphone access, if you grant it, only to record a support message that you choose to submit.
We may remove content you submit, restrict features, or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Data collection and storage
If you create an account, we store the data needed to operate the Service on our own secure servers and database. This includes:
- User-provided data such as your name and email address, and additional profile details you choose to provide.
- Interaction data such as likes, favorites, and comments.
- Support ticket data, including text you submit and optional voice recordings.
We do not sell user data. We do not transfer user data to third-party entities for their independent commercial use. Limited information may be processed by service providers we use solely to operate the Service (for example Google for Sign-In), as described in our Privacy Policy.
We keep account data for as long as you use the app. After you stop using the app we delete personal data within 12 months, except where we are required to retain it by law. Further detail on collection, use, rights, and security is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.
Support tickets
Registered users may contact us through the in-app support ticketing system. You may submit text, optional voice recordings, and supporting files such as screenshots. Microphone access is optional, requested only when you choose to record, and is not used in the background.
You confirm that information you send in a ticket is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit any recording or attachment. We use ticket content only to respond to your request and to operate support, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Guests cannot submit tickets. If you need support, create an account or contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
Content and intellectual property
Articles, podcasts, graphics, trademarks, and other materials we publish in the Service are owned by Nuuralhudaa or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access this content for personal, non-commercial use through the app. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where the law allows.
If you post comments or other user content, you remain responsible for it. You grant Nuuralhudaa a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, to show your comment to other users).
Service availability
We aim to keep the app available and to publish articles daily and podcasts twice weekly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every planned publication will occur on a given day. Maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
Limitations of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuuralhudaa disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Educational and media content is provided for general information and listening; it is not professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuuralhudaa and its operators, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if we must do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitations of liability, and data practices already described) remain in effect after termination.
Changes to these Terms
We keep these Terms under regular review and place any updates on this page. If we make significant changes we will update the date below. The Terms were last updated on August 15, 2026. Your continued use of a registered account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where the law requires otherwise.
